In SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio, changing the From subject and To subject fields changes those fields in all Process nodes that have Process as a value for the Type property:
As shown below, this issue might also cause the From subject and To subject fields to change (unexpectedly) in all of the other Process nodes, as shown in the following example:
Although the subject IDs in the From Subject and To Subject fields might unexpectedly change in this way, the Process node still maintains the previous, unmodified, and correct subject IDs. The campaign uses these correct values when the campaign is executed.
A similar issue is described in SAS Note 58442, "Changing the 'From subject' and 'To subject' fields in one Process node changes those fields in all Process nodes," for Type Code.
There is currently no workaround.
