Problem Note 59137: Clicking Manage Definitions under Dashboard gives "An error has occurred ... Please contact your system administrator ... error 1034"
In SAS® Model Manager, clicking Manage Definitions under Dashboard gives an error:
An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.
This text is displayed when you click Details:
error 1034
The problem occurs when you have more than one project that is defined for the SAS Model Manager dashboard, and you manually delete one of the projects from SAS Model Manager repository.
To work around the problem, follow these steps:
- Back up all files that are in the Dashboard directory in case you need these files later.
By default, the Dashboard directory is in
sasConfig\Lev1\AppData\SASModelManager14.1\Dashboard.
- Delete all files under the Dashboard directory on the SAS Workspace Server machine.
