Problem Note 59117: Funds Tracker in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering ignores transactions for some accounts

All transactions related to remitter or beneficiary accounts are ignored for network generation when the following conditions are true:
- An SCD Type 2 change has been recorded in FSC_ACCOUNT_DIM for the account.
- There are no transactions recorded against the latest version of the account.
