Problem Note 59097: SAS® Object Spawner memory use increases over time

A SAS Object Spawner that is configured to launch workspace servers on the grid does not free memory that is acquired to check the application name (such as SAS® Enterprise Guide® or SAS® Studio) in the metadata for grid options sets. The consequences of this excess memory accumulation are unpredictable.
The only workaround for this issue is to restart the Object Spawner, which is not an optimal solution.
