Problem Note 59925: When using Mozilla Firefox, you see an error message in SAS® Enterprise Case Management when you enter data for a field on the screen and press Enter
When you enter data in a field and press Enter on a screen containing a Notes tab in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you might see an error similar to the following:
HTTP Status 500 - BeanUtils.populate
The problem occurs when you use the Mozilla Firefox web browser.
For example, you might see the error when you enter data for the Customer Transaction Report (CTR) or the Suspicious Activity Report (SAR).
To work around the problem, use the Tab key or the mouse to leave the field before pressing Enter. You can also use another supported web browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
