Problem Note 59482: Using the DBSASTYPE= data set option on a DB2 float column causes incorrect results
Under z/OS, using the DBSASTYPE= data set option when you reference a variable of Float data type in a DB2 table might cause incorrect results to occur. This variable, along with other character variables, might incorrectly be read in as missing.
