Problem Note 59328: SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager prompts you with a message saying that you do not have a valid license for SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
SAS Real-Time Decision Manager stand-alone installations might prompt you with the following message when you are in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio:
This prompt for a valid SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio license might appear whenever you attempt to modify the permissions of an object in the Diagram Tools function. You can modify the permissions of an object, as follows:
- In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, select Setup ► Diagram Tools.
- Right-click the object that you want to modify (for example, Score) and select Properties to open the dialog box, as shown below. There, you can modify the permissions.
The invalid license message is generated because SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager incorrectly checks for a SAS® Marketing Automation license.
