Problem Note 59227: Dynamic time sets do not remain dynamic after saving a planning worksheet
In SAS® Merchandise Planning, dynamic time events that are attached to a planning worksheet become static once the worksheet is saved. Dynamic time events remain dynamic only when associated with a Performance Analysis view.
