Usage Note 59217: SAS® Studio generates a null error when you log on after a previously successful log on
After having previously used SAS Studio successfully, you might see the following error after you log on:
To correct this issue, you need to clear your browser cache and temporary files.
To clear these in Google Chrome, do the following:
- At the top right of the main window, click the Customize and control Google Chrome button
and click Settings.
- In the Settings dialog box, click History on the far left side.
- Click the Clear browsing data button.
- In the Clear browsing data dialog box, under the Obliterate the following items from drop-down list, select the beginning of time. Also make sure that Cookies and other site and plugin data and Cached images and files are selected.
- Click the Clear browsing data button.
- Now, using Windows Explorer, navigate to the %temp% location (enter %temp% in the address bar). Select Edit ► Select all and click Delete.
