Problem Note 59129: SAS® Workflow Studio converts Hebrew characters to the Unicode NCR representation of the Hebrew text
You might encounter a problem in which Hebrew comments are converted to the Unicode Numeric Character Reference (NCR) representation of the Hebrew text. This problem was originally reported with SAS® Data Remediation, but it is not limited to that product because the issue occurs in SAS Workflow Studio.
The problem occurs in SAS Workflow Studio because the data is being improperly escaped during data object substitution during the input to the web service call.
