Problem Note 59028: SAS® Drug Development 4.5.3 - Canceled By field in the tooltip on the Session Status could be incorrect

In SAS® Drug Development 4.5.3, if a SAS Session is canceled by a user other than the one who started the session, then the Canceled By field in the Tooltip on the Session Status is incorrect.
To see this behavior:
- First user starts a SAS Session and runs some code
- Second user cancels or ends session from Dashboard Sessions viewer. The second user needs to have Manage All Sessions privilege.
- The first user is still in the SAS Session and looks at the Tooltip on the Session Status.
Expected result, the Tooltip shows canceled by second user. Actual result, the Tooltip shows Canceled by first user.
