Problem Note 58987: You receive an error when SAS® Marketing Automation integration web services are requested

You receive the following error message after you request any of the SAS Marketing Automation integration web services:
NullPointerException
This problem occurs because integration web services are not deployed correctly after you complete a new SAS Marketing Automation 6.5 installation or after you complete an upgrade to SAS Marketing Automation 6.5 from a previous release.
