In SAS Customer Intelligence 360, a unique index violation occurs in the DETAIL_FACT table when the same LOAD_ID column is used in different normalization runs.
At times, the Pageload and load events can be located in separate flume files (the last-available file and the currently active file, respectively). This situation occurs when the time frame between uploading the PageLoad event and the load event is too far apart. When this scenario happens, the index violation occurs.
To obtain a workaround for this problem, contact SAS Technical Support.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
