Problem Note 58844: Forecasts might not be available for products in regional promotions that were created from a copy

In SAS® Promotion Optimization, forecasts might not be available for products in regional promotions. This issue occurs when additional products are added to regional promotions and then the promotion is copied. When the additional products are added to the regional promotions, the scope is updated. However, when the promotion is copied, the scope of the master promotion overrides the updated scope in the regionals.
The workaround for this issue is to copy the promotion before adding extra products to regional promotions.
