Problem Note 58840: A "Configuration Failure" error appears when you try to configure Platform Web Services for SAS®

Configuration of Platform Web Services for SAS fails when you configure the SAS® Web Infrastructure Platform Database for Oracle rather than for Postgres. When you encounter this problem, an error dialog box similar to the one below appears:
