Problem Note 58836: When you import terms in SAS® Business Data Network, terms that are identical except for their case are not imported

In SAS Business Data Network, terms that are identical except for their case are not all imported. For example, if you try to import court and COURT, only one term will be imported.
There is currently no workaround for this issue.
