Problem Note 58791: Custom detail fields are missing after you change the communication definition and refresh the input data in SAS® Customer Intelligence
SAS Customer Intelligence does not display the custom detail fields in the Communication table when you refresh optimization data after changing a communication definition to one that does not contain custom detail fields.
For example, suppose you have the following Communication input table with a custom detail field:
If you then use a communication definition that does not have custom details and you refresh the input data, the Communication input table does not display the custom details, as shown below.
