Problem Note 58712: Importing SAS® Financial Management driver rates might fail when you load more than 32,000 rates

Importing driver rates might fail when you load more than 32,000 rates. This failure is most likely to occur on the second or subsequent attempts to load the rates.
If the import fails due to this issue, the following error is displayed in the SASFinancialManagement5.5.log file:
06-22 11:22:22,406 ERROR RateImportManagerBean load() - u:sasdemo - Error during
PRate Import. Other info -> CycleID: 1, PRateSetID: 3, Action Type Id: 1.
com.sas.solutions.odcs.client.ODCSRuntimeException: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException:
An I/O error occured while sending to the backend.
