Problem Note 58705: The Policy.ConcurrentUserLogins property setting in SAS® Management Console causes errors in SAS® Enterprise Case Management
You can prevent multiple sign-in sessions by specifying a value of "logoff" for the SAS® Application Infrastructure property, Policy.ConcurrentUserLogins, in SAS® Management Console. However, when you specify this property value, you might see unexpected behavior in SAS Enterprise Case Management.
For example, you might encounter one or more of the following problems:
- You select an alert on the All Available Alerts tab, and you see the following error:
An error occurred loading data for a grid on this screen. Contact your system administrator.
- You click Home ► Anti-Money Laundering ► and then click Investigator, Analyst, or Manager, and you see the following error:
An error has occurred in the system, and the administrator of the application has been notified.
- The home pages for Investigator, Analyst, and Manager do not display expected graphs.
- You select an alert to view the alert details, and you see a dialog box containing "Error."
- You are unable to close an alert.
