Problem Note 58704: SAS® Enterprise Case Management does not correctly display empty column values when the data is loaded from the runHttpGetDataLoader function
When you display a page that uses the runHttpGetDataLoader function to load data in SAS® Enterprise Case Management, you might notice that missing values are not handled correctly. When a column value does not exist for an entry in the table, you should see an empty value for that column in the associated row. Instead, in that row, the system might incorrectly show the column value that should be associated with a subsequent row. The values for the associated column in all of the subsequent rows might be shifted up to fill in empty spaces and therefore, might be associated with the wrong objects.
In the following example, no owner exists for alerts 27429, 27276, and 27102. so the Owner field should be blank for each of those alerts. Instead, users "SAS Install User" and "sbjhaq" are moved up in the table to replace the empty values and are therefore associated with the wrong alerts. The database contains the correct owner information, but the screen displays incorrect information.
