Problem Note 58669: The Transactions tab of the Customer Details page might show transactions only for the Primary Owner in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

In SAS Anti-Money Laundering, the Transactions tab of the Customer Details page should display all of the transactions for the customer. However, the page might display only the transactions where the customer is the primary owner and might not show transactions where the customer is a secondary owner, as shown below:
A workaround is available. If you are using SAS Anti-Money Laundering 6.3 Maintenance 1, contact SAS Technical Support to request the workaround.
