Problem Note 58605: The GRDSVC_ENABLE function fails with an error when SAS® Grid Manager is in the lockdown state

When SAS Grid Manager is in the lockdown state, the GRDSVC_ENABLE function fails with a message similar to the following:
ERROR: Only "!SASCMD" or "!SASCMDV" are allowed for the SASCMD option when the LOCKDOWN option is specified.
ERROR: grdsvc_enable failed and was not applied to Remote session ID _ALL_ rc=-1
This problem occurs in each of the following scenarios:
- You submit the GRDSVC_ENABLE function directly in a SAS batch job.
- You validate the SAS Grid Server in SAS® Management Console.
- You submit SAS code on the SAS Grid Server in SAS® Data Integration Studio.
