Problem Note 58596: The %TKMI_JOB_RO waitfor_est_service fails to respond

The SAS® Revenue Optimization %TKMI_JOB_RO waitfor_est_service might fail to respond. When this issue occurs, there are no errors in the MerchIntelGridSvr.log file and the process must be killed. This issue might occur when the TS component MODEL_TYPE_CD model specification for a model group is set to a value of POOL.

The workaround for this issue is to change the TS component MODEL_TYPE_CD model specification value to ARIMA.
