Problem Note 58590: You see an X instead of an asset's thumbnail image in the Digital Library module of SAS® Marketing Operations Management

In the SAS Marketing Operations Management Digital Library, you might see an X instead of the asset's thumbnail image.
This problem might occur after you upload an MP3 file to a vault section. After the MP3 file is cataloged, you might see an X instead of the thumbnail image.
This problem occurs when you catalog MP3 type files and you use Microsoft Internet Explorer. It does not occur when you use other internet browsers such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
