Problem Note 58571: Duplicate by-terms are displayed after importing rules in SAS® Business Rules Manager

When importing rules into SAS Business Rules Manager, duplicate rule-information (such as by-terms) might be displayed. The incorrect display might also involve rule-set information (such as rule name and by-terms). The problem occurs when you follow this sequence of steps:
- Import a rule that has a by-term.
- Import the same rule again and change to a different by-term.
