Problem Note 58292: A corrupted Excel file is generated when you use the ODS destination for Excel and pass a custom Excel format that contains spaces
A corrupted file might be generated when you pass custom Excel formats using the TAGATTR= attribute with the ODS destination for Excel. The corrupted file can occur when there are spaces within the value of the custom Excel format. Currently, the format is truncated at the space, most often resulting in an invalid Excel format.
When you attempt to open the file in Excel, an Excel dialog box is displayed, indicating that the file is corrupted.
There is currently no circumvention for this problem.
