Problem Note 58258: Treatment Custom Details values are not displayed when you use dependencies in SAS® Marketing Automation

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

In SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio, selected treatment Custom Details values might not be populated for elements that have a dependency on other elements.

For example, this problem might occur when you have treatment Custom Details values that are dependent on other treatment Custom Details values, similar to the following example:

  1. In the Custom Details for a treatment, you create an element that is dependent on another element, as shown in the example below:

  2. After you assign this treatment to a campaign and you execute, close, and re-open the campaign, the Custom Details values that have a dependency are no longer populated.

As a workaround, enter default Custom Details values into the prompts within the treatment. Then accept the update of those values in the campaign when the treatment is used.
