Problem Note 58153: Running SAS® Customer Intelligence utilities returns a Java exception error in the SASCustIntelStudio.log file

When you run SAS Customer Intelligence utilities (for example, sasmaextract or loadtreatments), the following Java exception appears in the SASCustIntelStudio.log file:
