Problem Note 58109: You might see a custom screen rendering error when you click the Return button on the Transaction Details screen in SAS® Enterprise Case Management

When you click the Return to Subject button Return to Subject on the Transaction Details screen to return to the Customer Details screen in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you might encounter the following error:

For example, you might see the error when you perform the following steps:

  1. On the Available Alerts screen, click the All Available Alerts tab.
  2. In the All Available Alerts table, select an alert with a Subject ID that begins with "PTY-."
  3. Click the Transactions tab on the Customer Details screen.
  4. Select a transaction in the Customer Transactions table.
  5. On the Transaction Details screen, click the Return to Subject button.

To work around the problem, click the back button for the web browser, not the Return to Subject button, to return to the previous screen from the Transaction Details screen.
