Problem Note 58073: The SAS® Decision Manager user interface might fail to respond when only SAS® Business Rules Manager is installed

When you launch SAS Decision Manager, the interface might fail to respond. The following error is displayed in the logs:

The problem occurs when SAS Business Rules Manager is installed, but neither SAS Decision Manager nor SAS Model Manager are installed.
