Problem Note 58070: An exception might occur when you open a promotion

In SAS® Promotion Optimization, an exception might occur when you open a promotion. The following error is generated in the client .log file and in the client distudio.log file:

This error occurs after a product reclassification moves one of the products in the promotion outside the promotion's objective or candidate scope.
