Problem Note 58066: A remote SAS® session started by SAS/CONNECT® ignores options specified in the configuration file

When you specify invocation options to be used with remote SAS sessions that are started by SAS/CONNECT, you might find that those options settings are ignored. This problem does not occur when you use a SAS/CONNECT script file on the client machine and it contains the full path to the SAS executable on the remote server.
This problem occurs because SAS/CONNECT finds and uses the SAS executable and its associated configuration file from the current working directory rather than the SAS executable found in the !SASROOT directory (where the configuration file usually resides).
