Problem Note 58020: The time value is missing from exported data and from the time communication custom-detail field

When you export communication custom-detail date and time fields that are identified in the export definition's Custom detail tag field, the time value is removed in the export file.
For example, suppose you have a Comm Date field, as shown below, with a tag value of Communication Custom Date Tag in the communication definition.
The export definition references the Communication Custom Date Tag tag.
Then, you add a Comm Date datetime value to the communication when it is used in a campaign.
If you then view the export file, it contains only the date element (11APR2016) from the datetime value (11Apr2016 03:38:24 PM) that you entered in the communication.
