Problem Note 58009: An error occurs in SAS® Marketing Operations Management after you click a button to initiate a campaign for SAS® Marketing Automation

You might receive the following error in SAS Marketing Operations Management after clicking buttons in a task for Business Context Name, Treatments, or Initiate Campaign Now:
EXCEPTION: The 'HR' start tag does not match the end tag of 'body'"
Then, when you access the web services deployment from a browser window, you might receive this error:
HTTP Status 500 - Servlet.init() for servlet spring-ws threw exception
In addition, the following error might appear in the SASServer6_1 log:
Could not resolve placeholder 'sas.ci.keystore.password'
This problem occurs after you deploy a SAS Marketing Automation hot fix and changes to the security model in the spring-ws-servlet.xml file are overwritten.
To work around this problem, restore a backup copy of the spring-ws-servlet.xml file after you deploy a SAS Marketing Automation hot fix.
