On Windows systems with 64 or fewer cores, the ACTUAL value of the CPUCOUNT= system option reports the total number of processor cores on the system. When the computer has more than 64 processor cores, only the number of processor cores in the processor group of the current thread is reported.
Specify the total number of cores available when using the CPUCOUNT= option. Four is the default value for CPUCOUNT= and is optimal for most implementations.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
