Problem Note 58834: After refreshing a SAS® Visual Analytics report in Microsoft Excel, new data might not inherit the format that is applied to the column
When you refresh a SAS Visual Analytics report in Microsoft Excel, values in newly added rows might use the default formats and not the formats selected for the associated columns. This problem can occur even if you have specified to preserve Excel formats for cells.
As a workaround, set the styles and formats in the SAS Visual Analytics report. Then, configure the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office to always apply styles from SAS Visual Analytics.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
When a SAS Visual Analytics report is refreshed inside Microsoft Excel, new data might not inherit the format that is applied to the column. This can occur even if SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office is set to preserve Excel formatting.
