Problem Note 58727: Hadoop tables fail to drop properly when the table data is in a Hadoop Distributed File System encryption zone
Hadoop tables that contain data within a Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) encryption zone are not properly dropped by the SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Hadoop. The table is dropped, but the data is not.
The issue occurs because of an alternate syntax requirement for the DROP TABLE procedure when the table data resides in an HDFS encryption zone.
