Installation Note 58678: The error "Bad credentials reported by log-on server..." occurs when you use an external system account rather than an internal account (@saspw)
The following error might occur if you use an external operating-system account rather than an internal account (for example, @saspw):
Bad credentials reported by log-on server com.sas.svcs.security.authentication.client.LogonFailureException: Unable to logon user: sasadm@saspw (bad credentials)
The problem occurs when you use SAS® Deployment Wizard to configure SAS® Marketing Optimization and SAS® Customer Intelligence. The error occurs when SAS® Web Application Server starts.
To work around this problem, change to an internal account by changing the user ID suffix in SAS® Management console to @saspw.
