Problem Note 58379: The SAS® Regulatory Risk Management user interface displays an incorrect entity rather than the entity that the user had specified
In SAS Regulatory Risk Management, the user interface (UI) displays the Entity value at the top of the screen, as shown in this image.
However, in some cases, the displayed value is incorrect. The problem occurs when a user (for example, "User A") changes the entity value while other users are concurrently logged on to SAS Regulatory Risk Management. When the other users refresh their web browsers, their UIs display the entity that User A specified, rather than the entity that they themselves specified.
The problem affects only the other users' displays. Each user's actual entity specification remains unaffected by the entity changes that other users perform.
You can verify the actual entity value in Profile settings or in the User_Pref data set that is located on the file system.
