Problem Note 58312: Temporary table objects that are redirected to database libraries in SAS® Data Integration Studio lose their association to the library object
Temporary table objects in SAS Data Integration Studio that are redirected to database libraries defined in metadata lose their association to the database library under the following conditions:
- The job is saved in a package file and imported into a new or existing SAS Data Integration Studio environment.
- The export package file contains only the tables and the libraries, and the package file does not include the job.
When you encounter this issue, the following message might appear in the SAS Metadata Server log:
WARN - An error occurred associating the tables to the Library [library path]. Reason the object [meta id] is not found in the ptable
container in the Foundation repository.
There is no workaround for this issue.
