Problem Note 58143: SAS® Drug Development 4 - Users in more than 1,000 groups or subgroups might see errors when attempting to log on, administer users, or use a workflow
In SAS® Drug Development 4, users with membership in more than 1,000 groups or subgroups might see errors when attempting to log on, administer users, or use a workflow. This is caused by a limitation in how the SAS® Web Infrastructure Platform and associated SAS® Workflow Server handle information requests from Oracle®. Oracle® databases have a known limit in the number of objects that can be requested through an explicit IN clause, which is limited to 1,000 objects.
The user with this problem might see this error:
Could not access HTTP invoker remote service at [http://<Instance>/SASWorkflowWebServices/remote/WorkflowTaskQueryService?ticket=ST-7074-jKK7g7bbGAuW3uuGEkbx-cas]; nested exception is java.io.IOException: Did not receive successful HTTP response: status code = 500, status message = [Internal Server Error]
