Problem Note 58080: SAS® Enterprise Case Management displays incorrect information for notes related to a case

When you change the category of a note for a case in SAS Enterprise Case Management, the Notes tab for the case might display incorrect information. Examples of incorrect information include the following:

  • Some existing notes might not be displayed.
  • Categories might be missing from the drop-down selection list or from the summary table.
  • When you choose to display a specific category, you might also incorrectly see notes from other categories.

In the following example, more than three notes have been created, but only three notes are displayed. In addition, Note 4 is assigned to the Cat B category, but Cat B is not included in the summary table.
