Problem Note 58017: Spanning resources are over committed if the duration is longer than original amount in PROC CPM
In the CPM procedure, if the duration for an activity is driven past the original work amount, the associated spanning resources might be over committed. In this case, the spanning resource is incorrectly only allocated for the original work duration. An over-utilized resource is indicated by a negative value in the variable with the prefix A in the RESOURCEOUT= Usage data set.
