Problem Note 57827: A "Not a valid number" error occurs for a calculated ratings measure in SAS® Enterprise GRC

When you perform a Risk Assessment in SAS Enterprise GRC, you might see an incorrect value for a ratings measure that is calculated from the value of other fields. You also might see an error message similar to the following:
Measure A must be a decimal number.
The problem occurs when your locale uses a comma instead of a period as the decimal separator character. When the problem occurs, the SAS Enterprise GRC log contains the following error:
java.lang.NumberFormatException: Not a valid number
