In SAS Digital Marketing, support of POP3(SECURE) reply processing is available for improved security. This support is available through a hot fix. Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix that contains this support.
When you define your Reply Mail Server in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio, configure the POP3 protocol to use the secure port 995.
If you experience connection issues after you configure your Reply Mail Server, verify that the values for the Inbox user and Password fields are correct.
For information regarding certificates, see the section "Support for TLS with Client Certificate Authentication" ("Chapter 18: Enterprise Integration") in the SAS® 9.4 Intelligence Platform: Middle-Tier Administration Guide, Third Edition.
