Problem Note 57649: SAS® Enterprise Case Management does not display the user name in the Case History tab for the Terminate Case Workflow activity
The Created By field on the Case History tab in SAS® Enterprise Case Management might not contain a value when the activity in the Type column is Terminate Case Workflow. The problem occurs after you edit a case and perform the following action:
- Click the Terminate Workflow button in SAS Enterprise Case Management 3.2.
- Click the Delete workflow icon in SAS Enterprise Case Management 6.1 and later.
After terminating the workflow, you might not see a user name associated with the workflow termination in the Case History tab. For example, in SAS Enterprise Case Management 3.2, you might see a problem similar to the following:
