Problem Note 57632: An error occurs when you write contact history in SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager
When you write contact history using SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager, you might encounter the following error:
ERROR: The file DBTMPLIB.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX_XXX_ERR.DATA has too long a member name for the DBTMPLIB library.
This issue occurs under the following conditions:
- Oracle is your database.
- An error (such as a constraint violation) occurs when you write an updated contact history record.

In SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager, the following error occurs when the file DBTMPLIB.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX_XXX_ERR.DATA has a member name that is too long: "ERROR: The file DBTMPLIB.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX_XXX_ERR.DATA has too long a member name for the DBTMPLIB library."
