Executing a campaign in SAS Marketing Automation might result in the following error:

ServiceException in IODavUtil:getFolder

The SASCustIntelCore6.x log file might contain the following type of error:

Caused by: com.sas.services.ServiceException: Previously failed to connect to http://customer.sascom.us:8080/SASContentServer/repository/default/sasdav for null at com.sas.services.information.DAVRepository.checkConnect(DAVRepository.java:4923) at com.sas.services.information.DAVRepository.fetch(DAVRepository.java:828) at com.sas.analytics.crm.persistence.objects.IODavUtil.getFolder(IODavUtil.java:756)

This problem occurs when SAS Marketing Automation attempts to reconnect to the SAS® Content Server after a time-out. A one-time password is incorrectly used, which results in this error.

Executing the campaign again might resolve the problem.
