Usage Note 57611: You can ignore errors that occur when you use SAS® Information Retrieval Studio with the Query Statistics Server in SAS® Visual Analytics
When SAS Information Retrieval Studio is packaged with SAS Visual Analytics, the Query Web Server and Query Statistics Server in SAS Visual Analytics should not be running. If they are running, you should stop them.
To determine whether the Query Web Server and Query Statistics Server are running, open the SAS Information Retrieval web administration panel, as shown below:

If the administration panel is not enabled, you can enable it by performing the first three steps in SAS KB0036467, "A 'Search Interface to SAS Content. . .' error email is generated in SAS® 9.4." Then stop the Web Query Server and the Query Statistics server in the administration panel.
If the Query Statistics Server is running, you will see the following errors in the information-retrieval-studio.log file:
[Tue Jan 19 08:25:06 2016] Error getting the statistics from the QS Server: [Tue Jan 19 08:28:51 2016] Error getting the statistics from the QS Server: [Tue Jan 19 08:30:38 2016] Error getting the statistics from the QS Server: [Tue Jan 19 08:31:10 2016] Error getting the statistics from the QS Server: [Tue Jan 19 08:31:48 2016] Error getting the statistics from the QS Server: [Tue Jan 19 08:36:35 2016] Error getting the statistics from the QS Server: [Tue Jan 19 08:55:16 2016] Error getting the statistics from the QS Server:
You can ignore these log messages. They are internal to SAS Information Retrieval Studio and do not affect search queries in SAS Visual Analytics.
