Problem Note 57424: The Visual report in SAS® Digital Marketing Studio fails to generate click-through counts for some URLs

The Visual report in SAS Digital Marketing Studio might fail to generate click-through counts for some URLs. When the failure occurs, the Click-Throughs link might show as zero, incorrectly.
This problem occurs when the URL is in a specific format (for example, a URL with multiple directory levels such as http://www.sas.com/A1/01/10/2016/MrktCamp/Analytics-soln/public-photos).
As a workaround, use the information in the Link Summary section of the Summary report (accessed with the Summarize option) in SAS Digital Marketing Studio.
